Now after I paid almost a month ago, this vendor kept lying and not kept the production time and delivery time. They kept saying, "Let me check, let me check," and stopped replying to chat. After I requested a refund request to Alibaba, I finally contacted and sent one photo as proof.
The agreement was sent with detailed photos and videos since we received the damaged products and we paid for them. Vendor did agreed.
Now, this vendor said, I can only take and send 5 random photos, so take it or dispute through Alibaba. Their services are very unprofessional and we lost money and time.
